Clarion has expanded its head office in Leeds.
The firm has moved into another floor in Elizabeth House on Queen Street, taking a further 2,004sq ft of space.
The 125-strong firm, which moved into Elizabeth House in 2012 following an extensive year-long refurbishment, has now expanded onto the first floor of the building in addition to its dedicated ground floor reception area with coffee shop, suite of meeting rooms and conference room and its third floor offices.
“Moving into Elizabeth House four years ago has been transformational for us and for our clients,” said Ryan Millmore, joint managing partner of Clarion.
“With its central location and modern, business-focussed environment, our offices have become a popular client hub whether for meetings with our team or as a base from which to work while in the city.
“The expansion has enabled us to relocate some of our team to the first floor, freeing up additional space on the ground floor to further develop our meetings facilities as well as giving us extra office capacity to accommodate our continued growth.”
Over the last 12 months, Clarion has recruited 43 new members of staff and now has 21 partners.
