Employment law firm Robinson Ralph reach milestone

Leeds based specialist employment law firm Robinson Ralph have recruited an additional three solicitors and a Practice Support Assistant as part of their continued growth.

CEO & co-founder Juliet Ralph explains, “When Simon and I founded Robinson Ralph in 2018, it was just the two of us with a clear vision of building an employment law firm that combined high-quality legal advice with a genuinely supportive and enjoyable place to work. Eight years later, seeing a team of 10 talented people come together feels like a significant milestone in our journey. We have worked hard to grow in a way that protects the culture that has always been so important to us, and we are incredibly proud of the team we have built.

“What excites me most is not simply the growth itself, but the quality of the people who have joined us. Each new team member brings expertise, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering an exceptional service to our clients. We believe that creates a strong foundation for the next chapter of Robinson Ralph’s growth.”

Crystal-Rose Learoyd who joins them from Knights Professional Services Limited added, “When I chose to apply for a role with Robinson Ralph; the key attraction for me was the focus on its people, culture and approachability. I was searching for my dream firm; a place where I would feel supported and where I felt that my personality could shine through, all whilst doing something I enjoy day to day”.

Ella Nourmand who joins them from Stewarts said “I was attracted to Robinson Ralph because it felt like an environment where friendliness and humour were equally as important as my ability to do the job. It’s a collaborative place to work and aligns with my personal values – I am looking forward to getting more stuck in!”.

Omar Ghaffoor who previously worked at Morrish Solicitors stated, “What really stood out to me was the company’s down to earth and human approach. From my first conversation it was clear that people came first whether that’s the clients or colleagues. I was drawn to the firms approachable, collaborative culture and the fact that everyone seemed generally invested in each other success”.

Isabelle Heathcote from Pipetta Ltd added, “I wanted to work at Robinson Ralph because I admire the supportive work they do in helping both employers and employees. It seemed like a great environment to develop my skills and be part of such an amazing team”.

Juliet Ralph concluded, “This growth is a direct response to increasing demand from employers seeking specialist employment law support. We have invested heavily in recruiting talented people because we believe the best way to continue delivering exceptional service is to build the right team before we need it. These appointments give us the capacity to support more clients, expand our service offering and continue progressing towards our long-term vision of becoming one of the UK’s leading specialist employment law firms”.
