Leading law firm and headquartered in Sheffield, Taylor Emmet, has announced their four charities for the 2026/27 financial year.
Ashgate Hospice and Work Limited have been selected by the Taylor Emmet team, joining returning charity partners Support Dogs and Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity. This decision was made through an internal vote within the firm, showcasing the team’s commitment to causes they deeply care about.
In 2025/26, Taylor Emmet raised and donated £20,000 across their 4 charity partners through a range of fundraising initiatives, including a charity golf day and their annual Charity Office Walk, which sees the team cover up to 48 kilometres across the firm’s five office locations, starting in Rotherham and ending at their Peak District office in Bakewell.
Alongside the walk, the firm organises a variety of additional events every year in support of their charity partners, including ‘Dog and Doughnut Days’, charity bungee jumps and a family fun day.
As part of their firm culture, Taylor Emmet also maintains its ‘Volunteer Day’ programme, which provides each employee with a paid day off to volunteer at their chosen charity.
Steve Hinshelwood, CEO at Taylor Emmet, said: “We’re delighted to announce our charity partners for this year.
“Ashgate Hospice and Work Limited are causes that resonate with our team, and we’re looking forward to supporting them alongside our continuing relationships with Support Dogs and Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.”
