Womble Bond Dickinson adds new real estate partner

Womble Bond Dickinson has appointed Claire Wilkinson as a partner in Leeds. She joins the firm’s real estate team from Addleshaw Goddard.

Wilkinson (pictured) works with participants of the UK commercial property sector, focusing on development and investment. She also has experience in the hospitality and leisure sectors.

Experienced in handling portfolio acquisitions, financing and refinancing, mixed-use development schemes, and providing corporate support, Wilkinson’s previous work includes advising investors, occupiers and developers from initial development through to letting and ongoing asset management.
