Lisa Molinari
Lisa Molinari joins as a director in the residential conveyancing team. The team has recently undergone a significant digital transformation aimed at streamlining operations and boosting efficiency. Molinari, who brings over a decade of experience since qualifying in September 2011, has worked with various Sheffield law firms before her recent move to Wake Smith.

Adding to the firm’s commercial property team is solicitor Rozeena Aslam. With three years of post-qualification experience, Rozeena has previously worked in Chesterfield and Sheffield. At Wake Smith, she will advise a diverse range of clients, from startups to established companies, on all aspects of property work.
Charlie Jones-Connor
The private client department, known for its empathetic approach, welcomes Charlie Jones-Connor, an experienced paralegal. Charlie, a Sheffield Hallam University law graduate, is currently pursuing the CILEx Graduate Fast Track Diploma. With six years of experience in wills, trusts, and probate from working at several Sheffield law firms, Charlie is well-equipped to support the department’s sensitive and complex caseload.
