MDP NE29 Ltd has completed the acquisition of Mandale Industrial Park in a transaction exceeding £10 million. Yorkshire-based Schofield Sweeney handled the legal aspects of the acquisition. The estate, featuring 39 units including hybrid and industrial spaces, marks a strategic investment for the company aimed at bolstering its commercial property portfolio.
A major acquisition
