Rollits appoints Clare Stones as trust administrator

Rollits, a Yorkshire legal firm established in 1841, recently welcomed Clare Stones as trust administrator to its private capital team. With a background spanning senior roles in regional accounting firms, Clare brings extensive experience to Rollits, enhancing its services for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and charitable organisations.

Clare’s role at Rollits is to provide day-to-day trust administration services and prepare annual accounts and tax returns for income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax.

Clare’s career trajectory began with her completion of the Association of Accounting Technicians studies at YH Training, followed by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification at Kaplan in Leeds. She furthered her education with a degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University.

Before Rollits, Clare held positions such as client manager at Garbutt & Elliott and group client director at Delve Accounting Group.

Beyond her professional commitments, Clare is dedicated to charitable endeavours, having served as treasurer of the Special Care Baby Unit at York Hospital for a decade. She also engages in fundraising activities, including participation in running events.

Rollits is recognised for its expertise in company and commercial law, commercial property, commercial dispute resolution, and private capital. Additionally, the firm offers specialised services in education, planning and development, charities, and social housing, catering to clients on a national scale.

With Clare Stones joining its ranks, Rollits aims to continue meeting the diverse needs of its clientele.
