Ramsdens has appointed Sandra Crichton to its corporate and commercial team.
The law firm said her appointment will significantly boost the practice, which is led by corporate lawyer Stephen Newman.
Crichton (pictured) has more than 23 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations, and investment and shareholders arrangements.
With her experience in high value and complex transactions gained in Manchester dealing with national and international clients, Crichton will complement the existing corporate team at Ramsdens. She is based in Huddersfield.
