PM Law has appointed Peter Moore as manager of its expanding wills, trusts and probate team.
With more than 25 years in the legal industry, PM Law has praised Moore as a seasoned practitioner whose strengths include “developing firm client relationships, rapport with clients and the ability to convert what could be a stressful meeting into a pleasure for both parties”.
Harvey Harding, the managing director of PM Property Lawyers (which is part of PM Law), welcomed Moore to the team as someone who wouldn’t “stand on ceremony”.
“Peter’s appointment comes at a time of sustained growth for PM Law and we’re pleased to have recruited someone with such experience and expertise as we continue to move forward,” he said.
Moore began his career with Midland Bank Trust Company, Probate Services, in 1990 having worked in Midland Bank International Division since 1977.
In 1995 he was made redundant and then spent five years managing pubs with Wards Brewery.
Returning to his previous position at the bank (now known as HSBC) in 2000, he progressed up the career ladder and eventually ended up on the technical team.
He moved to Irwin Mitchell in 2006 where he stayed until 2010, before moving to Chadwick Lawrence in Wakefield where he worked as a wills and probate executive until December 2014.
“I embrace the opportunities now before me and will strive to enhance the delivery of the services that PM Law can offer, as well as building on the foundations already in place,” Moore.
