Mills & Reeve posts record annual turnover of £111m

Mills & Reeve has enjoyed another solid year of growth with turnover rising to £110.9 million—an increase of 4.3% on last year.

As a result of the strong financial performance, the firm has announced an all-staff bonus of £1,500 for every full-time employee who has been with Mills & Reeve for at least a year.

Mills & Reeve’s Leeds office reported an 11% rise in fee income following organic growth and new client wins.

It was also a year that Mills & Reeve unveiled a fresh new visual brand identity with the launch of its new website.

Commenting on the last 12 months, Claire Clarke, managing partner of Mills & Reeve, said: “It’s been another great year for Mills & Reeve and we are delighted that the hard work of everyone who works at the firm has been formally recognised through a number of major award wins and accolades.”

“It’s also pleasing that growth has been achieved at the same time we have invested in a number of high-profile lateral hires in key areas of the business and the implementation of major infrastructure projects, including a new project management system and website.”
