Mills & Reeve in Leeds has appointed Sarah Davies to its commercial and intellectual property team.
Davies has joined as a senior associate. She trained at Walker Morris and later worked at Schofield Sweeney in Leeds.
At Mills & Reeve, Davies will work as part of the national team advising government, university and tech clients on complex commercial projects.
Mills & Reeve partner Martin Priestley, who leads the Leeds commercial team, said: “We have recently been appointed by some fantastic clients to advise on some really exciting UK and international projects and we are keen to grow our team in our fast-expanding Leeds office.

The firm has added a number new faces to its commercial and intellectual property team over the past 12 months. Jack Bickler and Bart Topps joined in October 2018.
