LCF Law welcomes three newly qualified solicitors

LCF Law has bolstered its legal team with three newly qualified solicitors.

The announcement follows the early qualification of Holly Jordan, Jonathan Gardner, and Melanie Parsons. The trio completed their training several months ahead of schedule and will now continue their careers in different departments across the firm’s Leeds and Bradford offices.

Melanie Parsons, a graduate of the University of Leeds, began her journey at LCF Law as a paralegal. Her experience enabled her to fast-track her training contract, completing it six months early. Now a member of the real estate department in Bradford, Melanie advises on the sale and purchase of residential properties and supports commercial transactions. In the past year, she has played a pivotal role in the purchase and sale of nearly 50 residential properties on behalf of a national charity.

Jonathan Gardner, who holds a legal masters from the University of Manchester, also started his career at LCF Law as a paralegal. He has now joined the firm’s disputes department in Leeds, specialising in commercial disputes and insolvency. Jonathan’s expertise includes handling corporate disputes involving contracts, intellectual property, professional negligence, and shareholder issues. He completed his training two months ahead of schedule.

Holly Jordan, after eight years of legal studies and completing her LPC at BPP University in Leeds, trained across various departments including real estate, litigation, and contentious probate. Now a part of the corporate team, Holly advises on business acquisitions, corporate governance, restructures, and succession planning. She, too, completed her training two months early and is excited to advance her career at LCF Law.

LCF Law is a full-service law firm with offices in Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, and Ilkley, employing over 145 staff.

Holly said, “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed gaining practical experience across a variety of departments and working closely with clients. The level of responsibility and exposure I’ve had is exceptional, and I’m really looking forward to the next stage of my career at LCF Law.”

Ragan Montgomery, LCF Law’s managing partner, expressed her pride in the firm’s commitment to nurturing new talent. “We’re very pleased to see Holly, Jonathan, and Melanie complete their training ahead of schedule. They’ve all become integral parts of the team and have received great feedback from both clients and colleagues.”
