Kirbys appoints property solicitor

Harrogate law firm Kirbys Solicitors has hired local resident Nathan Hull as a solicitor in its property team.

Hull represents private individuals, businesses, land owners, farmers, builders and developers across the Harrogate district, Yorkshire and beyond, and has extensive experience in all aspects of property and land law, with particular expertise in residential conveyancing and development.

He has previously worked at firms in Leeds, Ripon, Otley and Hull.

Commenting on his appointment, Hull said: “I am delighted to be joining Kirbys Solicitors which is the most well-established law firm in Harrogate having served local families and businesses for over 250 years. It feels like the perfect move for me at this stage in my career and I am really excited about the prospect of being able to work with Kirbys’ impressive portfolio of clients and to help grow the firm at the same time.”

Roger Dooley, director and head of property at Kirbys, added: “We are very pleased to welcome Nathan to Kirbys. With his impressive experience in residential conveyancing, development and land law, he will be a real asset to what is already a highly experienced team.”

“Welcoming a new solicitor to the office is not only a great way to kick start the New Year but also a clear signal that we will be working hard to continue to offer the level of service that our loyal clients have come to expect from us whilst also continuing to grow and expand our business.”
