Fletchers Solicitors welcomes Polly Herbert as new partner

Fletchers Solicitors has appointed a new partner, Polly Herbert, to strengthen its catastrophic injury team.

Polly has joined the group from Hugh James. She has over 20 years’ experience supporting clients and their families who have suffered life changing injuries. She began her new role in December and reports to Caroline Morris, director of serious injury.

Polly is also a keen supporter of road safety charities. This includes training police family liaison officers on civil law and how best to support families affected by RTA deaths. Legal 500 recognises her as one of the few ‘leading individuals,’ and she holds accreditation as an APIL litigator.

Commenting on her new role, Polly said: “I’m delighted to join Fletchers at such an exciting time. The firm’s reputation in serious injury is second to none and I’m excited to be part of a growing and talented team with an excellent culture and great opportunities for professional development.”

“My personal values strongly align with Fletchers mission to ensure people have the best possible life after injury and I am really looking forward to working alongside a passionate team, who are as dedicated to supporting clients as I am.”

Caroline Morris added: “It is my absolute pleasure to welcome Polly to Fletchers. She is highly regarded across the industry and we feel very honoured that she decided to develop her career with us at Fletchers.”

“Her commitment and dedication to clients, invaluable insight and experience, and desire to build and develop on previous successes means Polly will be a major asset to both the business and our clients.”
