Oakwood Property Solicitors, based in Leeds, has appointed Deborah Myerson as a new director. With over three decades of experience in property law, Deborah’s expertise in conveyancing is set to drive the firm to new heights.
Having specialised in conveyancing for 26 years, Deborah joins Oakwood from Raworths LLP in Harrogate, where she served as a lawyer in the residential property team. Before that, she was the head of property at Morrish Solicitors.
Reflecting on her appointment, Deborah expressed her enthusiasm, stating: “The firm is already doing really well, and for me, the challenge will be to take it to the next level. I want Oakwood Property Solicitors to be the first firm potential clients think of when setting out on their house buying or selling journey.”
Fostering growth and client satisfaction
In her new role, Deborah aims to foster growth within Oakwood Property Solicitors while enhancing its reputation as a trusted partner in the property market. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals, whether it’s assisting first-time buyers, facilitating upsizing to dream homes, or guiding more mature clients through the downsizing process.
Managing director of Oakwood Solicitors, Abbigail Keech, expressed confidence in Deborah’s leadership, stating: “We are so pleased to welcome Deborah to Oakwood Property. She will be working with a wonderful group of people, and we hope that she can take the team to the next level with her detailed experience.”
