Bevan Brittan surpasses 100 colleagues

Bevan Brittan’s newest senior hire in Leeds has helped the business chalk up its latest milestone – more than 100 colleagues based in the city.

The firm’s Yorkshire team is celebrating reaching 100 colleagues after the arrival of legal director and subsidy control and public procurement specialist, Helen Feinson.

This milestone comes just a few months after the firm celebrated its eight-year anniversary in Leeds.

Bevan Brittan launched in Leeds in September 2015 with just 10 colleagues. It has since expanded to the point where the team now numbers 110, including 14 partners.

Lyndon Campbell, head of the Leeds office for Bevan Brittan, said: “This is a real milestone for us and is testament to the fantastic team we have built here in a relatively short space of time. We are delighted Helen has helped us pass 100 colleagues in Leeds, but she most definitely will not be the last as we continue to grow our team and client base.”

Helen has joined as a legal director from her previous role at Hill Dickinson and brings more than a decade of experience of advising private and public sector bodies, including a large number of NHS trusts, local authorities, and universities, on a wide range of subsidy control, state aid, and procurement law compliance matters.

She adds her expertise to a Leeds team which now supports more than 400 clients including property owners, developers, investors, universities, landlords, tenants, construction companies and local government organisations. It advises housing associations, NHS Trusts, healthcare providers and corporate clients too.
