Arc Pensions Law has promoted Claire Goodby to senior associate.
Goodby, who joined Arc in November 2019 as an associate and is based in Leeds, advises employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law.
She has particular expertise in working with and advising on defined benefit schemes, hybrid pension arrangements, and corporate activity, including acquisitions, disposals, group reorganisations and joint ventures.
