Mills & Reeve has successfully advised Yorkshire veterinary supplier Infusion Concepts on its acquisition by US-based Patterson Companies.
National law firm Mills & Reeve has guided a Yorkshire-based veterinary supplier, Infusion Concepts, through its recent acquisition by US company Patterson Companies Inc.
Infusion Concepts, with headquarters in Sowerby Bridge and York, specialises in products such as infusion pumps, lines, and custom labels for the veterinary sector. It has been acquired by Patterson’s UK animal health division, National Veterinary Services Limited (NVS).
Listed on Nasdaq, Patterson Companies Inc. emphasised the acquisition’s strategic value, as Infusion Concepts is a leading name in veterinary infusion, drainage, and critical care supplies.
Alex Kenworthy, corporate partner at Mills & Reeve’s Leeds office, commented, “Infusion Concepts is a global supplier recognised as a leader in its field. This acquisition is key for NVS, ensuring international growth for Infusion Concepts’ portfolio. It also allows the family to exit the business, leaving it in capable hands.”
