Legal Studio welcomes Dominic Clark as consultant solicitor

Legal Studio has announced the appointment of Dominic Clark as a consultant solicitor, bringing with him expertise in commercial contracts, legal operations, and legal technology to the firm.  

Dominic, who joined on 2 September 2024, is set to play a key role in expanding the firm’s service offerings in these areas. 

Dominic is a seasoned commercial contracts expert, having negotiated and drafted a wide range of commercial, corporate, procurement and other agreements. His experience spans industries such as retail, finance, technology, healthcare, and property management.  

His diverse career includes roles in private practice, in-house positions, and leadership as head of legal. He has also worked within an Alternative Legal Service Provider. 

As a legal tech advocate, Dominic has been at the forefront of innovations in the field, helping to design playbooks and optimise legal operations for enhanced efficiency. He is particularly passionate about assisting in-house legal teams under increasing pressure to streamline processes and “do more with less.”  

Legal Studio is a Leeds-based consultancy-model law firm, founded in 2014. The firm will enjoy Dominic’s strong existing client base and is looking forward to connecting with more commercial teams in need of bolstering their contracts capabilities.
