Graysons appoints new partners

Graysons has announced that two of its solicitors have been promoted to partner.

Lucy Flynn and Mark Fisher, have been made partners at the same time in November at the Sheffield firm and both specialise in personal injury. The similarities don’t end there either. They both joined Graysons within a week of each other; Fisher in December 2007, and Flynn in January 2008.

Flynn leads the firm’s employer liability team and also deals with a range of other personal injury matters such as accidents at work, public liability claims and road traffic accident claims, which have included fast-track and multi-track cases and highly complex cases that have been reported in the press. She has specialised in personal injury since 2001. She first qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2006 and as a solicitor in 2009.

Fisher has responsibility for high value/complex multi-track employers’ liability claims and those which do not fall within the fixed fee procedure. He has specialised in personal injury work throughout his legal career, qualifying as a solicitor in 2006.

He deals with a wide range of complex cases, in particular those where people have been injured at work or in public places, consumer protection cases, contract disputes, brain injury claims, injuries resulting from faulty products, sports related injuries and damage and injury to property and people caused by animals. Some of his high profile cases have also been reported in the press.
