Lupton Fawcett LLP has strengthened its employment team by welcoming a new associate to its ranks.
Liam Kenealy, with over 15 years’ experience across law firms in Sheffield, Yorkshire, and North Derbyshire, has joined the team. His extensive background encompasses diverse employment law scenarios, from advising large corporations with over 10,000 employees to assisting micro businesses across various employment law domains. Liam has also represented individuals in employment disputes against their employers.
Liam joins Lupton Fawcett’s group of 10 employment specialists, increasing the Sheffield team to four.
The team provides legal advice and strategies across all aspects of employment law, from day-to-day HR advice provided through its fixed-fee retainer service, Augment, to support with acquisitions and business organisations, discrimination and whistleblowing cases and employment tribunals and litigation.
