Fenchurch Law further expands insurance claims dispute capabilities in the north

Insurance-focused firm Fenchurch Law has expanded its specialist Leeds-based team with the appointment of Chris Frame as senior associate.

Frame (pictured) will support brokers and policyholders in the North of England and across the UK on claims and coverage disputes across areas including financial and commercial, property, and products and environmental risks.

He joins from insurer-side law firm rradar where he spent seven years as a senior solicitor, having previously worked for international loss adjusting firm Cunningham Lindsey (now Sedgwick). He is an accredited mediator and a member of the British Insurance Law Association and the Chartered Insurance Institute.

On joining the firm, Frame commented: “Fenchurch Law has built a great reputation over the past ten years and I believe that my in-depth experience and knowledge of the insurance sector can add an important dimension to safeguarding the interests of policyholders.”

Daniel Robin, head of the Leeds office at Fenchurch Law, added: “Chris brings us considerable coverage disputes expertise and insurance market experience, and his appointment further demonstrates our commitment to building the market leading team of policyholder-focused insurance disputes lawyers in the North of England.”
